In NYHEP, approved assessments trigger an “Install Started” step by default. For audit-only projects, to clear the enrollment from your queue, this step must be manually cancelled.

To have the Install Started workflow step canceled, send an email to support.residential@nyserda.ny.gov with the enrollment number and “Please cancel the Install Started”.
