The Comfort Home Team has updated the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document with tips for the Comfort Home NYHEP workflow.  The FAQ is available on the Contractor Support website:  Go to https://hpwescontractorsupport.com/, point to the Program Resources dropdown menu, then click on the Comfort Home Resources option.
