Are you ready for the NY Home Energy Portal? Attend training to be ready for the Spring 2023 launch!

The NY Home Energy Portal, formally referred to as the Residential Market Engagement System (RMES), is a new online platform NYSERDA is implementing in Spring 2023. Get to know the platform now by watching the recorded NY Home Energy Portal demonstration and see how the platform can help manage your projects. Additionally, important information on the NY Home Energy Portal was covered in the January 6, 2023, contractor webinar. Contractors are required to view this webinar if they were not present.

Below are the regional in-person and virtual live contractor training sessions:

In-person sessions are limited to two seats per contractor. Contractors have been preassigned to locations. The designated Program lead will be notified by email with the following information:

  • Names of the two most active users in the company of the NY HP Portal. This can be used to help identify the best staff to participate in the in-person session.
  • Registration link via SignUpGenius.

If you cannot attend the in-person session, there will be eight live virtual sessions. For the virtual sessions, there is unlimited seating and sessions are available to all staff who want to be trained. Registration information will be included in upcoming program announcements.

Following the live sessions, a recorded virtual session will be posted and links will be provided to the contractor support site and the EmPower/AHP knowledge articles.
