NYSERDA has implemented a platform called the NY Home Energy Portal. This online platform has replaced previous portals used by the EmPower+, Comfort Home and Residential Energy Assessment Programs. NYHEP was launched in July 2023.

Contractors, CLEAResult and NYSERDA use the NYHEP platform for many tasks, including contractor assignments, project acceptance, work scope submissions, screenings, approvals, reviews, final project submissions, funding allocations, invoice reporting and real-time program and measure updates.
