Welcome to the Onboarding Resources page! Each quarter, prospective contractors are approved and credentialed for the EmPower+ and Comfort Home Programs after completing a series of six training sessions. These trainings range in topic from general program information to live demonstrations and quality assurance procedures. You will find the recordings and slides from the latest cohort below. If you are interested in becoming a participating contractor in a NYSERDA Residential Program, please refer to the 2026 EmPower+ Program Manual and the accompanying Residential Programs Contractor Application.
