The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) will be launching an updated Residential Financing Program Manual and Eligible Measures List to support the Green Jobs – Green New York (GJGNY) Residential Financing Program on April 30, 2026. The manual provides participating contractors with information about the program and the process for offering GJGNY Loans to customers. The list is a general guide to measures eligible for GJGNY financing.
