First broadcast at noon on November 17, 2014, the New Software Pilot Orientation (HPXML) presentation was held to familiarize participating Home Performance contractors with the procedures necessary to test auditing tool software. Additionally, the session described upcoming changes to the Program’s workflow as well as the roles of various stakeholders in the pilot process.
The session was presented by Julie Caracino from NYSERDA, Kyle Archie from Conservation Services Group, and JJ Augenbraun from EnergySavvy.

Originally broadcast on Wednesday November 12th at 3:30pm, this training session was held to provide an overview of the new and streamlined free or reduced-cost audit application process for NYSERDA’s Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program.
Led by CSG’s Tina Carton, the webinar covered a variety of topics ranging from updating NY HP Portal contact and task emails to instructions on submitting customer applications over the phone to unique cases encountered in the field. A question and answer section prompted by the audience is included in the latter half of the recording.

The informational session was one of six trainings that took place between October 9th and October 14th.
The recorded video covers changes related to NYSERDA’s Early Wins initiative including the revised HP Portal workflow, a review of the Eligibility Screening Tool (EST), QA/QC sampling protocol updates, frequently asked questions, and a preview of future enhancements. A brief question and answer session was held at the end of the webinar as well.
