5/12/2015 – Please see attached Technical Bulletin Dense Pack Slopes of a change in Program eligibility of dense packed roof assemblies.

10/21/2013 – Please see the attached Vermiculite Technical Bulletin regarding the testing of vermiculite insulation. In brief, the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) released a guidance letter on July 9, 2013 stating that there is no approved analytical method for testing loose bulk vermiculite and it should be treated as asbestos containing material (ACM).

To access the NYSDOH July 9th letter, please visit the following link: http://www.labor.state.ny.us/workerprotection/safetyhealth/PDFs/Asbestos/Vermiculite%20Interim%20Guidance%207.9.13.pdf
