EmPower and Assisted Home Performance Heat Pump Demonstration Project

The Heat Pump Demonstration Project is an effort to develop short-term statewide standard offer incentive structures and program guidelines for heat pump installation, including DHW. The goal of the project is to determine the impact of Heat Pumps on the LMI Market and plan for the permanent integration of heat pumps into LMI by 2025. This program is open to current contractors with active participation agreements in the EmPower or Assisted Home Performance Programs. If a contractor is not active in those programs, they can partner with a contractor who is.
