NYSERDA has approved CakeSystems, OptiMiser, Snugg Pro, and TREAT v3.4 to model Home Performance with ENERGY STAR projects. Effective immediately, you can use these tools to submit home performance projects to the NY HP Portal and for reimbursement of the free or reduced cost energy audit fee.
This webinar provided the software vendors an opportunity to deliver an overview of their software product and allow contractors a forum for Q&A. This is not a training webinar, but a general overview of the products and their functionalities.
In order to ease the transition to a new tool you are encouraged to contact the software companies directly for more information, and to arrange for training as soon as possible. Contact information along with an overview of the product can be found here. While CSG’s Contractor Support staff will continue to provide assistance for program questions and the NY HP Portal, modeling assistance and training will be the responsibility of the software vendors.
Julie Caracino from NYSERDA provided the introduction and software presentations were provided by Bob Dingethal from Cake Systems, Ryan Moore from OptiMiser, Nate Abseil and Jerone Gagliano from Performance Systems Development (TREAT) , and Adam Stenftenagel from Snugg Home (Snugg Pro).
